West Therapy Center Expansion

Having experienced a tremendous increase in patient visits over the last four years, an expansion of the Children’s Hospital West Therapy Center in Glen Allen was completed in early October 2008. During fiscal year 2005, we provided 5,891 therapy visits and have grown to nearly 10,000 visits in fiscal year 2008.

The expansion increased the Center’s space from 2,930 square feet to 4,338 square feet. In this new space, we have added new treatment rooms, an enlarged waiting room and a complete redesign and renovation of the existing space. Patients and therapists alike are sure to enjoy the extra space and resources at the renovated center!
